Costa Mesa, California: A 3 level recapture and repositioning of existing department stores at Crystal Court into new multi-tenant retail areas. A complete replacement of all mechanical equipment occurred in conjunction with the addition of new smoke management systems. Also included in the project was a new garden bridge from the existing South Coast Plaza Mall.
