Pacific Palisades, California: Host to annual PGA Tour events, the golf clubhouse underwent major renovation in 1996 to bring facilities to contemporary elite clubhouse standards. This project included a complete renovation of the golf clubhouse and support facilities including new Dining Facilities, Member Amenity areas and Retail Pro Shop. The scope also included a completely new central plant facility remote from the clubhouse building.
