Newport Beach, California: This 5-Star resort located on the cliffs of Newport Coast includes a Resort Hotel Core Building with Spa, Pool Grille Building, Parking Structures, Events Center, Wedding Pavilion, Villas, Guest Suites and Golf Clubhouse. The project was challenged with many architectural and site related constraints that required careful application of mechanical systems including completely enclosed Central Cooling Plant and mechanical air-handling spaces for the Hotel Core and ultra-low noise Split-Systems for residential and golf clubhouse areas.
