Playa Vista, California: This unique complex of two office buildings above a subterranean garage now includes EA Sports amongst its many tenants. Designing two office buildings with different structural systems completely above a parking structure created many interesting challenges including podium landscape drainage, garage ventilation and enclosed outdoor mechanical equipment spaces.
