This 28-story high-rise office building above four levels of subterranean parking consolidated all Los Angeles Metropolitan Transit Authority (MTA) functions into a single building. Project included Office Space, Data Center, Retail, Childcare and Food Service facilities and is sighted at the Union Station Gateway Center Transportation Hub.
