Irvine, California: This new Southern California Headquarters facility includes Office, Product Development, Research and Data Center functions. Challenging site restraints and unique architectural design required that all mechanical systems be incorporated within the building. Construction was completed in two phases; Phase One Office, Research and Data Center; Phase Two product Design and Development.

• Two buildings, 3-Story and 2-Story
• 330,000 Square Feet Total
• Water-cooled central plant for both buildings with dedicated redundant plant for Data Center
• Water-Cooled VAV systems integrated within building envelope
• Vehicle exhaust systems for test and repair bays
• Shop are compressed air and specialty ventilation systems
