Irvine, California: This office building and product design facility was the first project to be LEED Certified in California. The facility housed five Premier Automotive Group vehicle lines owned by the Ford Motor Company. The mechanical and plumbing systems designed for the project included underfloor air distribution systems, fuel cell waste heat recovery for domestic hot water, chilled water central plant, commercial kitchen systems and vehicle modeling studio ventilation systems
