Since joining TKSC 12 years ago Roy Funtanilla has been involved in a wide array of commercial, build-to-suit, civic, educational and sustainable projects. These experiences have developed into a strong understanding of building user needs and how to integrate them into cost effective and functional HVAC system design.
Roy has supervised many HVAC and Plumbing staff members through all aspects of many successful new and renovation construction projects. Roy was named an Associate in 2008 and has been a team leader for our HVAC Department.
